Celek has been the #1 receiving target on a very potent & pass-heavy Eagles offense (he has 22 catches through 3 gms thus far, with 2 TD's to boot). He's 3-for-3 in having good games this season, 2 of which he broke 100 rec yds (he topped of one of those 100-yd performance's with a TD) & the other he had 6 rec/37 yds/TD- which is solid for a fantasy TE!
Wk 1: 6 rec's/37 yds/ TD
Wk 2: 8 rec's/104 yds
Wk 3: 8 rec's/ 104 yds/ TD
Wk 4- Bye
He shows to be getting better each week & as of now he sits in 3rd place for TE fantasy point's thus far, he only sits behind the likes of Dallas Clark & Antonio Gates (& you need to consider, Celek has sat out a week for his bye, while many other TE's have an extra week worth of fantasy points...He very well could be the #1 TE in fantasy if not for the bye week)!

As for TO, he has seen his yardage production increase a tic per week & I truly believe that Buffallo will cave to TO's will of being the "center of attention" on offense (they will continue to increase his workload & target's until the "crying" stops!
M.Sims Walker is the unheralded #1 in Jacksonville but other than this year (actually, other than the last 3 games) what has he done besides be injured??? These past 3 weeks of production have come against 3 of the worst defense's in the league this year (Arz, Hou, Ten) & I believe we will see Walker's production drop off once defense's focus in on him in the passing game! Take a look at what he did last year in the time that he wasn't hurt...there is nothing special there, & although he's provided solid production thus far I do believe it to be a product of being consistently fed the ball without drawing premiere coverage (which he will be drawing in the upcoming weeks now that opposing team's know the Jaguars intention's of using him as a prime offensive target).
If you have Vernon Davis or are able to pick him up on the FA/Waiver-Wire then I would probably keep Sims Waker & go that route...If not, make the trade (given you will not have to drop an additional "star" level fantasy player to allow you to accept a "2-for-1" trade)!
