Finally! 49ers Trade Shaun Hill!

The 49ers traded Shaun Hill to the Lions today for a 2011 7th round pick. Once they signed David Carr Hill's days with th 49ers were all but over. I don't know why but I never really liked this guy. Now hopefully they can move on with Alex Smith as their QB and see what he can actually do.

It was a foregone conclusion once they signed Carr. I agree with you, I was never high on him also. I'm excited to see what Smith does next year with the same OC for the first time in his career.

We like Nate. It's been said before but this is the final time. This next season will be a make or break year for Smith. If he sucks I expect Davis to get some serious time. Unless Carr magically learns how to play QB effectively.

Ive seen Nate go from a Kid to a great young man and I know he has plenty of Leadership ability.
