Finally figured out who to collect.

I have been trying to think of someone to collect for a while now and it was starting to drive me nuts. Here was my criteria.

one of my personal top 10 players in the majors/minors
not too many cards released
not alot of other people collect said player
not too old (19-28)
extremely affordable***

The last is most important because i want to be one of those extreme player collectors who has the change to make a run at any card that shows up.

Im a huge brewers fan but there is no way i can collect any of them because well, brewers fans are nuts...and they have deep pockets.

I got out of cards about 5 years ago and decided its time to jump back in.

Everyone on FCB needs to hide thier Erick Aybar cards, because im comming to find them!

**also of course if anyone can help "get me started" i have some spare paypal ($80) and would be looking for anything aybar**

From what i have seen $80 might buy me almost everything Aybar has out so far.

nice choice...quality player who isn't too hard on the old pocket book. my collection focuses on angels rookie cards and autos and the aybar portion of my collection definitely provides the most bang for my buck. i have a few of them scanned here...

I hear ya on that! I had to finally shift my collection over to mainly prospects because of it.
