I've been searching everyday for what seems like forever. Only have seen one copy other than this one since the release in July of 2010, and that won went via BIN before I got a chance at it. Finally this one popped up on ebay this afternoon, and I made sure I got it.

I'm pretty excited, so I figured I'd share. Now I'm down to the final two cards for the Crown Royale master set. Thanks for looking.

Thanks guys. I love the Majestic Signatures set. Nice mix of current & past, star & superstar. All on card.

What are the final two you're looking for?

The Majestic Signatures is now complete with the addition of the shortest print in the set. The Melo is limited to 10, everything else is 25 or higher except the Magic which is #/23.

The two needed for the master set are:
Chauncey Billups All-Star Materials Prime /5
Jerry West Living Legends Materials Prime /5

Basically the patch version of these two:

I regret passing up the West for $80 thinking it wouldn't sell and I'd get it cheaper, but someone swooped in and grabbed it for that price. It's the only one I've seen. I have seen one copy of the Billups, but not for sale. It was part of a group scan on an ebay auction, and when I emailed the seller about it he said he no longer had it.

I never thought I'd cross the only two 1/1's in the set off my checklist so earlier on but be waiting so long for cards numbered to five. I got these two very early on in my quest.

Is Crown Royale still fairly plentiful, or have boxes/cases dried up?

I don't know about actual boxes, but it seems like people have stopped breaking it. The singles on ebay have certainly dried up.

I think this set is one of the nicest sets Panini has put out. Most of their stuff from that year looked terrible, but I have to admit, this is one of the nicest basketball sets ever produced.

I agree. It's the only Crown Royale set of all the sports that is 100% on card autographs. I also like that they didn't make 3 parallels of each card in the base set like they did with the other sports. The Majestic Signatures set is awesome. On card autos on a die cut card, with past (Oscar Robertson, Bird, Russell, Magic), recent (Iverson, Payton, Mourning, Pippen) and current (Kobe, Nash, Love, Gasol).

I think the King on the Court set is one of my favorites too.
