Updated for anyone who cares- Former catcher A.J. Hinch will replace Bob Melvin. At 34 years of age, he becomes the youngest manager in MLB (I believe).

well folks, it's official... I'm old. this realization hits you when you realize a player you distinctly remember as a rookie and collected cards of as a kid, not only retires, but becomes a MANAGER. AJ Hinch as manager? why do I ever remember this guy, anyways? a good player averages better stats in one year than he had in his entire illustrious eight year career (.219, 32HR, 112RBI, 209hits)
