What do the different rows mean? Are BV associated with row numbers?

Rows 0, 1, and 2 all have different designs. 0 is the toughest, then 1, then 2

Each row of Legacies have a print run of 100. Row 0 usually sells the best because they look the best

Thanks! I was trying to figure out why a David Cone Row 0 /100 sold for $35 recently and my Row 1 had gone unsold previously for $8. Makes sense, but I am still surprised there is such a big discrepancy.

From the samples above, I think the row 2 look best. Maybe in hand some are more cool, but scanned row 2 looks best. I agree, why the big diff in price if they are all #/100. I like row 0 the worst. What about other years, or did they only make them in97 and 98?
