The calendar has flipped to October, the NFL is in full swing, and the air is crisp in most parts of the country. This can mean only one thing….playoff baseball!

To celebrate, you are invited to join an exceptionally easy contest.

Rules to follow, but here are the two steps you need to take to join:

1. Pick any 5 numbers from 1-100
2. Post it in this thread NO LATER THAN NOON EASTERN ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 5th.

One entry per person. NO EDITING.

The rules are already in place, but there is a mystery element to it, so it will be posted after the deadline but before tomorrow night’s Wild Card tilt between the Sox and Yanks.

That would be boring, but they would be joined at the hip for better or worse.

But, if they win a prize, the first to choose those numbers would break the tie.
