For Anyone Who Doesn't Know How Live.com Cashback Works

For clarification purposes, do i need to create a new LIVE account and use the same ebay if i have used the discount for 12 purchases or use a new LIVE and EBAY account?

Refreshed for 10 mins and all I see is 8%. Whats the deal with the firefox add-on? The thread on slickdeals is over 100 pages long so I'm not sure where to find that method.

As of 12:30 CST Thursday The 26th Of February, Cashback is still at 8%. A search term that seems to be working for me everytime is "ipod"

No, the cashback offer doesn't work on Best Offer Purchases. It only works on straight up Buy It Now listings. The purchase must be made within 60 minutes of clicking on the initial live.com ad, which will look something like this:

Baseball Cards
Buy Baseball Cards. You may get 8% off with PayPal if eligible.
http://www.eBay.com
Live Search cashback

Although you are unable to get the rebate when you buy using a "Best Offer", the live.com program will still work if you use additional Paypal / ebay coupons.

I keep getting 8% also. The discounts usually change every day or so. Let's hope to climbs back up to 30%

As of 2/26 at 2:19pm EST, the search term that has worked 100% of the time for me is "baseball cards".

On a somewhat related note, the term "sports memorabilia" triggers a 12% cashback rebate for purchases made on Overstock.com . I don't shop on Overstock.com, but thought I'd share it anyway for those that do.

lol, i hadn't looked at anything to do with live since it last stopped at 30% and i was just late on getting to the 25% last night so i havn't used it yet this time around. Gonna have to use my mom's ebay account and live account if 20+ comes back

If it does come back, it won't be for more than a few hours or days. I'd say if you're holding out, hop on anything 10-15% or higher.

well i am only buying cases of cards and i am not planning on buying anything unless i can get the 20+ off. I look at it this way, if they dont put it higher than 20, i save money, if they do, i get to rip at very little risk
