For Anyone Who Doesn't Know How Live.com Cashback Works

As of right now it appears there is no live.com discount for ebay....i am sure it is short lived, because that happened right after christmas for a while as well.

I currently have 2 payments from Live Cashback FAILING. I know this was a major problem for a while. Does anyone have advice on how to best resolve this? I haven't changed anything with my Ebay/Paypal Acct and had no problems with a fairly large deposit last Fall. Very frustrating, is there an email or phone to talk to someone at Microsoft Live Cashback? I looked around the site and it appears they make it very difficult to contact them directly for assistance instead offering a generic FAQs section...

Most of my payments failed at least once, some even up to 3 times, but they all came through eventually. I am sure they will get there.....it isnt the greatest system, but I have never had one not go through eventually...

I finally got around to doing this. Thanks for the help, it made this simple.

Quick question. I am not positive that I did what is needed to get the cashback and wanted to make sure. I have my account, and I know that the amount does not say "pending" until after a couple of days (based on an earlier post.) When I go to try to go through the steps it asks me to create an account as opposed to going to my account. I was wondering if this was an indication that it already was processed, or if it means I am doing something wrong?

Sorry about the delayed response. So what you're saying is that when you try and use the cashback it tells you to create an account instead of letting you sign into your already existing account?

I just checked now and it now says the funds are pending, so it looks like I'm okay. Thanks so much for your help originally with this post, and then again for offering help now. It is truly appreciated, and you have saved many people here a lot of money!!

you may need to be patient and keep trying. It doesn't work reliably for me the last few days. I try one time and the discount banner isn't showing even though I clicked the link. I try again a couple of hours later and it works as expected. I don't know why it's not 100% reliable as of late.

Maybe this is already on everyone's radar, but just in case it's not: Bing Cashback is up to 10%. Hopefully it'll continue to rise through the holiday shopping season.
