I dont think its fake. Its from the 2007 Futures Game that was in San Francisco.

It appears they did this with quite a few this year.

I had never seen patches or tags on Heritage also, but someone posted a thread about a different card a few days ago, and one member pulled up a handfull of auctions that had these on them.

A new direction for Topps in Heritage this year, I'm guessing most are legit.
