If Frank was a juicer, he would have made Bonds and Arod look like little girlie men...puhhhlleeeeeease

 Quoted for tha truth!

I'm sure most of you already knew this but.......Frank was the only player who was eager to talk during the Mitchell report. He has been anti-PED's since very early in his career. Frank was also never a HR hitter. He hit for average and line-drive's. Some just happened to go over the fence.
When you have a broken bone in your foot/ankle and you weigh 275lbs, it has the tendency to be a nagging injury. I don't blame people for suspecting Frank of using PED's, the man was a beast......a huge beast. But I'd bet 99% of the people who voted him as "not clean" are coming to that conclusion because of his size.

I hate to do this, but as much as I love Frank Thomas - I think that pretty much any hitter and pitcher in the last 10 years is suspect.

I agree 100%.

I can make 100's of these polls for players like Manny, Papi, Chipper, Andruw, Maddux, Smoltz, Randy, Glavine, Biggio, Piazza, Griffey Jr., Ripken Jr, Pedro, Vlad and the list can go on forever.

I think a majority of players from the last 10 years are guilty of some form of performance enhancers.

Remember that steroids are not just for bulking up, but for 'recovery.' A guy Frank's size I'm sure could use a little help in that department (anyone who believe the 257 pounds on his cards in the 90s is naive). He's always been a big guy, and it's not like colleges in the 80s weren't avoiding the juice. He's had injuries, but the kind that could happen to anyone (bone spur in his heel, torn triceps, torn quad, IIRC). That said, since he was one of the few guys who came forward during the Congressional hearing and spoke on the record in the Mitchell report, I'm with my guy.

He is absolutely clean.

Been huge since he was in college, has pushed for steroid testing, willingly talked about the mitchell report, the guy did it the right way.

Of all the 90's sluggers, Frank Thomas is the one I am most confident he is not on steroids. He's always been huge, he has aged (unlike other ped/hgh guys) and he's always advocated against PED's. If anything he might be Gary Coleman on steroids but that's as far as I'm gonna go.
