Those were about the number inserted in packs (may have been 30 and 45, or 35 and 50)...but after Pinnacle went under their back stock "replacement" cards were purchased and a ton of the 1997 Mirrors flooded the market. I wouldn't doubt that the actual number out there now is at least double what was issued in packs because of this. I never noticed a similar flooding with 1996 Mirrors...those seem far harder to find and much more valuable.

Those mirror examples, above, are the Pinnacle Certified and I believe they didn't have a production run, but rather just stated odds in packs (reds were 1 in 98 packs, blue was 1 in 199 packs, and the golds were 1 in 299 packs). The 1997 Totally Certified Mirrors were numbered on the back of the cards (reds /3999, blue /1999, and golds /30). The gold "samples" were also numbered /30 on the back, but this sample issue is being mis-stated on the auctions...sellers are stating that the samples are limited to only 30 copies which is not true. Hope this helps clarify things...

Maybe it was a promotional display in 1997 for the charity set? The price is silly. The signatures look almost preprinted. I don't know much about this poster, but woudn't be interested unless they knocked off another 90%

Hey guys! I haven't been on in a while. As many of you recall I started selling off the Thomas collection. I've moved all the auto and GU stuff I plan to. I've also moved a bunch of the rare inserts. Now I'm gonna start working on the inserts, base, and perhaps other odd ball stuff. This stuff is less important to me and I'd love to sell some off and make a few bucks and help some of you fill in possible gaps in your PC (in bulk). I have an excel sheet I can send to anyone who wants to look. I'd let you offer.

Its about 2000 cars left I would guess so I doubt I sell it all in a lump some unless someone wants to cover a flat shipping charge. Please PM me if interested in looking. Thanks!
