hey guys I was just curious if anyone ever came across any more of the purple 08 heroes autos? I think the two I pulled still belong to some of you?

I don't recall seeing any. Didn't really look though.

OK guys, President's Day today, wife and I are off, little one doesn't have school, can only mean one thing.....................beach! LOL

This. I sooo sick of snow & ice!

Well, if it makes you feel any better....we didn't make it to the beach today. Instead, the little one rode her bike to the park while the wife and I walked.........weather was 10~15 mph winds with a sunny 81 degrees! So we were in shorts, slippers, and tank top ;) But we did go to the beach yesterday! LOL

Does anybody have an idea of how many Star Factors are out in circulation. Beckett says less than 40. I've read alot of different things and many people believe Thomas is one of the harder ones to find. My girlfriend picked this one up for me for $7. I know it has a refractor line. Is 7 bucks a deal or is that what they go for? Just wondering.

Chad if it makes you feel better the weather has gone from upper 70's all week long to lower 60's and is supposed to rain this weekend. It totally screwed up my weekend.

I was thinking when the seller accepted her $7.00 offer that he must have been sitting on a boat load of them...but he's not listed anymore.

$7.00 is the best price I've ever seen. The one that sold previously was less than $15 though...the one before that (last year) sold for more like $70. I own two of them myself that I got for a a good price, but not $7 good.

I don't know about this issue. I've seen some with really good centering, I think they might be the pack issued, and some with less good centering...maybe backdoored? This is purely speculative though, and, no matter what, I've seen a lot less of the Thomas than other players.

Same seller had a second PSA 9 NNOF and a second PSA 8 NNOF listed today and the 9 sold for $1100...still a good deal I'd think. That's four high grade NNOFs sold by the same guy in a month.

Very nice Justin. Don't think i've even seen one of those before. Kinda weird seeing that there are 94 of 'em. As for the LE Star Factor...I just don't see how there can only be 40 of them. If that were the case, it'd be a card we very rarely see listed. I'd bet a lot of $ that they were back-door'd. Esp when you have sellers (w/ bad rep's) listing a bunch of 'em at once.

Man. That really sucks. You guys must be toughin' it out huh? Should I ship you some heated socks? The weather is getting better here. Hasn't snowed in about a week, & it was a nice sunny day w/ a high of about 45 today.

Ross: I manged to win the Gold Domed. Thanks again man. I think I just need the Jeter now.

Congrats man, not a bad price at all. I think a few more will show up this year.

Got this in the mail today...it's just as clean I had hoped. The case is OLLLLLDDDDDDD and scratched, but it's a beaut.

Thanks man. I was hoping the 1st time was a fluke & it'd go for much less this time, but I'm very happy to finially get one. Get this...I won 2 Griffey's for less than the cost of one Thomas. :?

VERY nice NNOF! I was sooo tempted to make a offer on the other PSA9, but I have an obligation for something else right now. You gonna send it to PSA for a new case?

Ya know, I actually prefer the older case, but it has a couple of good scratches, as to be expected for a 20 year old case...so I'll probably end up sending it in for a redo. For now though, I actually like the age.

That was an incredible steal! I thought about making an offer like that, but figured i'd be wasting my time. I am very jealous.

Tough redemption card. I am a crash the game junkie. I wish they would do
more of this stuff but its pretty much the same old refractor or different color
chase cards.

Got these two bad boys in the mail today!!!! I've been anxiously awaiting there arrival :D The first item is a very early career Mizuno first baseman's mitt and the second is the bat that Thomas used to hit HR#484 on 9-11-06. So happy to have these guys in my collection. Enjoy

Newest pickup for my Thomas refractor collection. Anybody have the atomic? Also there are 2 versions of the regular refractor MI. One has the word refractor below the number and the other version does not. Just thought I would share that if anyone cares.
