I ordered a Christmas gift from Steiner on 11/20. It's been charged, but there is no shipping info online other than "UPS," and customer service isn't answering my emails and calls go straight to voice mail.

Needless to say, I'm obviously not going to have the gift in time for Christmas, and I'm not pleased.

Unless your a Yankees freak, Steiner is useless. Overpriced and over hyped. I bought one thing from them and it took over 4 weeks to get it and they screwed it up. Never going to buy from them again.
