Good morning....slept in until 7:45, but wife had coffee already made! First heavy frost of the fall. Yard work to be done later....gotta move some plants.

Morning all! Been awhile since I checked in. Been busy at work taking over some of the marketing and sales now. Jayme is down at state cross country as both her boys and girls teams qualified. 2nd year since she's been the head coach that I haven't made the trek for it. Get's to be a lot trying to wrangle 3 kids by myself at the meet since there's a lot going on

I'm pretty sure that except for that one annoying city in Cali, the entire country agrees...

I got out of the hospital today just before 11:00. I've been in there for about every month for the last 8 months this year All since 2002.. It's not fun at all. I know what to expect. Getting stuck 5 or more times for an iv because of my lousy veins. I have scar tissue wrapped around mu intestines from an old injury. It keeps growing. The er doctors always say I will probably need surgery again. I tell them only as a last resort. I know if I have more surgery there will be new and more scar. The drs, nurses and hospital all seem to understand that I'm trying to stay out and do what they tell me to eat or not eat. Which is most everything I like to eat.
