The weather people are at it again. Depending on which weather report you want to believe, we're going to get between 1 and 8's of snow. With temps going down to minus -30 with the wind.

Here's a picture of the expressway traffic in Boston in the 80's. They put the expressway underground in the 90's at the cost of 10 billion dollars and 10 years of construction.
