several friends umpire and one is in charge of multi rec 's for getting umpires -- he does many towns .
When i was coaching pee wee football 1970's we did n't have bleachers so parents would stand on sidelines a lot . On a kick off a parent kicked the ref going down field -- 15 yard penalty against my team ----------IT WAS HER NEPHEW SHE KICKED ---
