I was a lifeguard at a private rec for years ---several times manager asked several to cover up more . Most stories STILL CLASSIFIED .

Morning all! Took the kids to daycare and school this morning since Jayme has a cross country meet. Thankfully, the meet is in town here and will be over by the end of the school day so she won't be home late. Sun is finally shining, giving everything a chance to dry out.

Taking the kids to the little pioneer town tomorrow for their annual fall festival. Our old economics teacher always sets up and cooks apple crisp with their Dutch oven, so looking forward to it.

Afternoon all! TGIF! Going to the eye doctor this afternoon followed by ordering new glasses. I've wore glasses since I was five years old.

Tomorrow is Mom's 80th birthday taking her out for the day. Meeting family at her favorite BBQ restaurant for dinner.
