John sorry to hear you had problem. I have dealt with him numerous times and he handles himself like a pro. What it sounds like here is he got a higher offer on a hot card. Before any of us in this thread villanize him he should have the opportunity to say his side regarding this transaction. I believe he has earned that much. The both of you guys are pros and hopefully this works itself out.

To everyone who is interested this was an extremely time sensitive scenario and not my normal business practice. I have 100 feedbacks on this site because I'd say I do everything the right way everytime. Just know I sold a card I didn't want to sell for less than I'd normally move it, regardless of recent ebay listings, to meet a deadline on a cell phone bill that if it wasn't paid by midnight would be turned off. If it went into today not being paid then to turn it back on I'd have to pay the past due amount and current balance which I don't have. I've never made a deal with this member and I waited as long as I could (not as long as I'd normally) for a pm back. Although I did eventually sell it and for more than his offer it was only because I needed it prior to midnight. For those of you who don't want to deal with me based on this situation I understand but those of you who'm I've dealt with before just know this was completely isolated.

Again I'm sorry for how this ended but do know under any other circumstance we wouldn't of even had this problem.
