Frustrating night of Player Collecting

i'm trying as i hard as i can to make a deal with reyescastillo for that orange ref auto, its tough seeing your white whale so close haha

Not that the card needs any help in being one of the sickest cards in the hobby right now; but since the Giants' colors are black and orange...to me, that makes the orange refractor even that much more cool.

I love Red refractors of Cardinals prospects and I wish I had a lot more than I do.

I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It'd look good in between these two as my only orange refs:

replace the gold with orange:

if i somehow do get that card, my PC would pretty much contain the gold the orange and maybe a base auto haha <well auto wise

Actually, thinking back, I was really stupid for buying it. I was a realtor and I wasn't making a ton of money.

But I was working at a card shop on the side and participated in a pack wars...I don't remember everything I hit but I'll give it a shot:

Griffey auto /10
Morgon/Mazeroski dual sweet spot auto
Jeremy Hermida sweet spot glove auto /5 or something like that
LOL, I can't remember anything else...

But I paid for my packs with hours worked and ended up selling something like $800 worth of cards...I bid $1,325 with 45 seconds left and won it for $1,100.

Then I got it graded and it came back a 9.5...leaving the show w/o it was very difficult.

I didn't care with the Superfractor either. In fact it was the only card that I didn't put a min-grade on as I was simply slabbing it to protect it better.

I owned the Bowman Sterling Red Refractor 1/1 and it was a BGS 10...the 10 meant very little considering there are 0 other copies.

The centering looks great on the Lincy though!

No Tulo is only 24 and this will be his 3rd full season...if he can hit .300, 30, 100; then I'm sitting on a $3,000 card. But, Lincy is pretty much IT right now and that Orange is sweet.

I sold it for $1,800 to a friend and he flipped it for $2,750...I thought I did well making $650 when I needed some cash.

There is always a chance that I'll have to sell it someday and I feel like it is better to keep it hidden away for a while.

I don't want people to get spoiled.
