Not that the card needs any help in being one of the sickest cards in the hobby right now; but since the Giants' colors are black and orange...to me, that makes the orange refractor even that much more cool.

I love Red refractors of Cardinals prospects and I wish I had a lot more than I do.
I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It'd look good in between these two as my only orange refs:
orange2.jpg

replace the gold with orange:
timmy-1.jpg

if i somehow do get that card, my PC would pretty much contain the gold the orange and maybe a base auto haha :P <well auto wise

Good luck.

I remember what those 10 days were like when the Tulowitzki Superfractor was listed and I decided I was going to win it at whatever the cost.

Actually, thinking back, I was really stupid for buying it. I was a realtor and I wasn't making a ton of money.

But I was working at a card shop on the side and participated in a pack wars...I don't remember everything I hit but I'll give it a shot:

Griffey auto /10
Morgon/Mazeroski dual sweet spot auto
Jeremy Hermida sweet spot glove auto /5 or something like that
LOL, I can't remember anything else...

But I paid for my packs with hours worked and ended up selling something like $800 worth of cards...I bid $1,325 with 45 seconds left and won it for $1,100.

Then I got it graded and it came back a 9.5...leaving the show w/o it was very difficult.

I didn't care with the Superfractor either. In fact it was the only card that I didn't put a min-grade on as I was simply slabbing it to protect it better.

I owned the Bowman Sterling Red Refractor 1/1 and it was a BGS 10...the 10 meant very little considering there are 0 other copies.

The centering looks great on the Lincy though!

No :D Tulo is only 24 and this will be his 3rd full season...if he can hit .300, 30, 100; then I'm sitting on a $3,000 card. But, Lincy is pretty much IT right now and that Orange is sweet.

I sold it for $1,800 to a friend and he flipped it for $2,750...I thought I did well making $650 when I needed some cash.

There is always a chance that I'll have to sell it someday and I feel like it is better to keep it hidden away for a while.

I don't want people to get spoiled.

I'll say this...I'm prospecting and building my Tulowitzki collection so that I can keep the Superfractor.

My collection may some day be:

The Superfractor
1 BGS 9.5 rookie cup green auto /99
1 BGS 9.5 Sterling Black ref /25
all my IP autographs
and nothing but ultra high end 1/1's like the following...

and just for you...

It's a great card, but there are 25 of them. Not exactly a "white whale" lol

Good luck in your hunt though man.
