Gah....Promote Buster Posey Already

I think Mr. Posey will be fine learning the game at High A. They have better options at catcher already at AA and AAA.

Better options at AA? Who?

Both are in no way better options.

The last I've heard was he needs to work on his Defense..thats why he's still there.

Posey needs to learn at a higher level w/ tougher competition.

Jackson Williams doesn't need help playing catcher, which is why he's at AA. It doesn't matter if you can hit if you are a good defensive catcher. Buster Posey still needs a lot of work.

Jackson Williams is a much better defensive catcher than Posey. Tougher competition is not needed to learn the nuances of the position and game calling.

Posey has been calling games for barely 4 months.....total (2009 plus end of 2008).

He may not be in SF until Opening Day 2011.
