Yeah i thought about this a few days ago and could'nt figure it out. I thought maybe someone else was wearing 17 on Russia. I just asked my brother though and he told me right away that it was Valeri's retired number.

now see what happens with a goalie change, momentum change, should have pulled him earlier, even if he wasn't playing bad
