Promised me a week ago that he will pay after helping his neighbor settled down after the Hurricane Sandy. Never paid $550.

If someone buys a $550 card that, at auction, might go for $350-$400 it definitely sucks. If this is a $550 card consistently then I wouldn't make a thread about it either
