Got a good laugh when I saw this vid.

The girl wearing Red Sox gear to a Yankees game and doesn't expect to be heckled. Come on now.

She threw the first punch so she got what she deserved. Hopefully she seeks medical attention when the alcohol wears off because that fall could have a serious impact on her skull

red sox fan..she deserved it lol

Lol I think she did deserve it. A lot of people will probably get upset that I'm saying that but O well. You can't go to a Yanks game wearing Sox stuff and not expect to get some crap from fans. You just have to let it roll off your back.

She approached the girl, she threw the first punch and moments later she got lit up lol. She had to be drunk out of her mind to take a kick like that to the face and then on top of that tumble down rows and bang her head off the metal guard rail and get right up lol. She will have a hangover/concussion tomorrow that's gotta be the worst lol.

Really pathetic. The dude in the brown looks like he grabbed the chick in white by the throat. They all deserved to be kicked down some stairs.

Yeah, not much of that is funny. It's all pretty pitiful.
Adults behaving like children, idiots and gang thugs (getting in fights over "colors"). Sad really.

Looks like she stumbles down on her own do to her being drunk.....But this is what happens when you enter into enemy territory
I have had the samething happen to me unprovoked in Chicago south-side Cubs-Sox game and even when I went to the Cubs-Cards game in St Louis
******-bag fans from the losing teams.....WhiteSox and Cards throw beer on me and a group of my friends as we left. Since the cubs beat them......I was like classy fans as always

She did take it upon herself to actually go and get into there area of the park......so nothing good is going to come this for sure.....And by the evidence presented here....nothing did.

If thats how people in NY think, then thats just fits the yankee fan stereotype. Sad but True.

Nothing wrong with defending yourself. I guess the Yankees fans are just supposed to stand there and get punched by some drunk idiot.

I'm all for defending yourself, I do it atleast every month. I didn't watch the video, so I may not know the whole story. All I was responding to was the post that basically said, show up to a yankees game in Sox gear, and thats going to happen.

It happens in most every park in the league.....except Kansas City and Pittsburgh because even there they root for the visiting team
unless it is the Phillies playing the Buckos in Buckos town.....Then I could see this happening

Then watch the video instead of posting an uninformed opinion. The poster you quoated said "You can't go to a Yanks game wearing Sox stuff and not expect to get some crap from fans. You just have to let it roll off your back."

I'm sure nicktv08 thought the fighting was unnecessary by stating to let the crap roll off your back. It's pretty common to have a rivalry in baseball stadiums. I live in Sacramento and attend Giants games when the Padres are in town. I get a lil crap from Giants fans here and there but nothing major. Certainly, nothing to warrant getting into a fight over.

Where the hell is the security? It's not like this wasn't brewing for a few minutes.

BTW, those are some ugly women.

this is yankee stadium, security probably only guards the big $$$$$ seats behind home plate! ;)

I don't think the red sox girl was that ugly - she had a cute muffin top. I'd have to rewatch the clip because I wasn't paying attention to the ugliness of the New Yawker chicks.

BTW, great clip. I love seeing the stuff you won't see on NO Network. They'll show a spoiled brat kid crying that he didn't get a foul ball, but they won't show a fight in the stands at Yankee stadium.

It's not so much a Yankees/Red Sox issue, it's really about someone who can't hold their alcohol and gets the "Incredible Hulk effect" and gets dropped. Happens every Friday and Saturday night in every town that serves alcohol, I guarantee it.

Nice kick nonetheless, as you can see ol'muffintop lifted her leg to go over the seat and POP!

Of course a Red Sox fan went to a Tigers Yankees game to heckle.

I once seen a Red Sox tool walk up and down isles flipping people off (including children) what the dolt didn't realize is the back of his jersey was covered in fries with ketchup and the Yankees where playing the Mets.

With that said when I went to Boston to enjoy their great stadium I kept my mouth shut and actually didn't even wear a Yankees hat cause there was no need for me to do so.

This has nothing to do with being a Yankees fan, Red Sox fan or whatever fan. It has to do with being a human being and knowing how to conduct yourself in public even after a few beers.

i've heard red sox fans are worse..a buddy of mine once went with a group to fenway park, they're all from NY....he was wearing a yankees hat and a guy was cursing him out in front of his own kids for no reason, just for wearing a yankees fan...he was like "why the **** are you wearing that hat, you're disturbing my kids"...you belong to such a losing organization, it hurts..

Thanks for having my back bud. In no way do I condone the violence in the video. All I was saying is that if you plan on going to a rival ballpark and wearing rival gear you have to expect some taunting.

The girl wearing Red Sox stuff LEFT her seat, APPROACHED the other woman and instigated the fight by the throwing the first punch. Anything after that she had coming to her.

Im not Yankees fan and I don't condone the violence.

As someone in a previous post mentioned its more about people handling their alcohol and not drinking a few beers then going out looking for a fight. Regardless of the environment, public park, baseball stadium or anywhere for that matter, if someone has a verbal hostile argument with me then approaches me then throws a punch at me, I along with most people I'm sure, am going to fight back.

Hopefully the girl is ok and no severe injuries were sustained during the altercation.
