It happens all the time especially with bitter rivals. Wear opposing team colors to a home stadium and anything can happen. Should things happen no but they do. Watch the video though. Girl was def drunk and provoked the incident. She payed for it too.

I'm all for defending yourself, I do it atleast every month. I didn't watch the video, so I may not know the whole story. All I was responding to was the post that basically said, show up to a yankees game in Sox gear, and thats going to happen.

ouch...even with the provocation, that's just stupidly dangerous and the fact that she got up after that kick and tumble was lucky for that kicker too because you know someone's gonna sue for something soon with this...

i swear, drunken chicks are worse than drunken dicks...

This is crazy. I'm shocked that girl who got kicked didn't get more seriously injured. Fell backwards down two rows onto cement and a metal pole. Yankee fan got lucky it went off so well. Just sayin...

People at these games are becoming or have become HUGE idiots. Its a game dipsh!ts.. go enjoy, root for your favorite team, maybe heckle the opposing fans a bit but any fighting, cussing or any manner of crap like this is pathetic. And leave it to a yankee fan to approve of this. I don't care who the boston fan is..
I appreciate the yankees for their history and contributions to the game, even the team of today they have High expectations and have Great players. too bad the fans can't be the same way

Who are you saying is approving of this? I was the OP and I even stated im not a Yankee fan and I don't condone violence.

So if you're accusing me then maybe you should read the entire thread next time before jumping to conclusions.

On a side note- Nice griffey autos in your sig

i've heard red sox fans are worse..a buddy of mine once went with a group to fenway park, they're all from NY....he was wearing a yankees hat and a guy was cursing him out in front of his own kids for no reason, just for wearing a yankees fan...he was like "why the **** are you wearing that hat, you're disturbing my kids"...you belong to such a losing organization, it hurts..

I went to Cooperstown when I was 13, and was threatened and verbally abused by a handful of Yankee fans, on Main St, in broad daylight, in early afternoon, for wearing a Red Sox shirt. At least Sox fans have the decency to heckle adults.

Or they could both act like adults and not act like ********** by jawing at each other because of the team they are fans of....

You grow and learn to be an adult. Becoming a certain age doesn't automatically qualify a person to be a 'man' or 'woman'.

There's always going to be sauced up idiots talking sh*t, and these days there will always be somebody there to catch it on video.

I only have one comment.

The term (and I am not going to lie, I have used it before myself) "This is going on youtube," is getting quite old. If you know you are putting it on youtube, why do you have to say it?

I wasn't accusing you.. there were a few responses after your op that irritated me. I'm not trying to argue with anyone, but if someone goes along the lines of saying.. "they deserved it" that just implies the kind of dumb ass mentality i speak of. People need to pull there heads out and make a popping noise if they think this is A) ok and B) funny
being in a public area like this does not give someone the right to act like a complete *******.
again not you.
thanks btw

This has nothing to do with being a Yankees fan, Red Sox fan or whatever fan. It has to do with being a human being and knowing how to conduct yourself in public even after a few beers.

DING! DING! DING!
We have a winner.
Smartest post in the thread.
