i emailed Joe Orlando from PSa, to see if i could get a price break on authenticating my Cy Young piece.. it normally would cost $150 plus shipping to authenticate.
He asked me what i wanted to pay, and i told him $80 because with shipping it would cost me about $100 total... he countered with..
$75.
