going to Columbus today for Pens vs Blue Jackets

I am heading to Columbus to watch the Penguins take on the Blue Jackets. this will be the first time I have seen the pens play on the road. I was able to get a password to the Jackets season ticket holder pre-sale ticket sale. hopefully our seats are pretty good but I don't care either way it will just be cool to cheer on the Pens on the road. Columbus is only 3 hours from Pittsburgh and there are usually a huge group of Pens fans at these games. I will take some pics and post them tomorrow before I go to the Pens Wild game.

Watch out for Filatov. He's got an amazing amount of talent but just hasn't gotten going yet. From everything i've read though his ice time has increased and he's been generating more and more chances each game. Too bad Malkin wasn't playing, I believe the two of them are good friends.

Agreed. Spectacular game. The bar was nuts for it.

we had a great time and I must say the Nationwide Arena is awesome. the Arena District is full of restaurants, shops and bars. I hope the Penguins new arena and area surrounding it will be just as nice. the crowd was about 50% Pens fans and 50% Blue Jackets fans. we got to stand right on the glass during warmups and my buddy got a puck that Letang tossed over the glass.

the game wasn't so good for the first 2 periods and a half but then Fedotenko scored with 2:56 remaining and Goligoski scored to tie it at 3 with 2:17 remaining. the game went to a shootout and Crosby was the only player to score and give the Pens a 4-3 win. overall it was a great game and we had a lot of fun.

Thanks. I'll definitely post if/when I get it back. I have a about 15 cards to print out this wek that I'll be sending out for various sports. I can't wait to start this new road in my hobby.
