Going to the National!!

I just booked my hotel for Cleveland. Going on a big road trip with the wife and hitting games in St. Louis, Cincy, and Cleveland on the way and on the way back. Will be close to 3,000 miles round trip.

I am looking forward to it since it will be my first National since 1990 in Arlington, Texas.

I hope to meet some of my FCB brethren there!!

Very cool! My son and I aren't going quite as far as you but we are doing games in Cincinnati and Cleveland and the football hall of fame in Canton, all wrapped around the national. This will be our 5th straight year at the show, always a great time!

Me too! I will be traveling and rooming with two other buddies. I've been a couple times to the National in Chicago but Cleveland is a first! Should be a blast!

I am excited to see how she does. I am bringing her to look for cards I need. She has no idea how big of a deal this is.

On a side note, do most of you buy the VIP ticket for the National of just the day passes???

Cool Mike!! Great that your wife is tagging along. No way mine would do that. Maybe for a shoe convention but not a sports memorabilia convention, no-way no-how. Guessing not a ton of women attend. Looking forward to hearing about the show (in due time).

I hear ya! I went last year and could only find a few tables that had any cards from the past 20 years. I mainly go to socialize with youtube collectors I network with but it's always better when you can check some stuff your wantlist.
