Looking for a Cal Ripken Card.
I have a Brian Wilson card, i'd love to trade for it.

These trade offers are such a joke. I've received 10 offers so far and 5 of the 10 include an Ian Kinsler card in exchange for something way better.

Yeah, the trades across the boards are funny to see, not just the cards.

I've only put up 2 trade requests, both for cards.

Wilson has a huge following.
If a SF fan or Wilson fans happens to unlock a Ripken, and could care less about it, why not.
Not everyone is in the hobby for $$$$$.
I would hope some people do collect, but maybe I'm wrong?????

The only one I've seen is the Babe Ruth on ebay. Seemingly there have been others but there is no way these are really 1:200.

I just bought 4 codes to try my luck. Still waiting on the email with the codes but to be honest I am almost to afraid to use them. I never have much luck at this stuff but find myself hopelessly trying every year to hit the big one lol

Just judging the contest so far... it seems to me that Topps hasn't released any of their gold 1/1 embedded cards yet and only very few of their gold parallel /50? cards.

Seems to me like they are up to their usual tricks, where they a ton of cards get burned off initially, especially with all the casebreakers selling large lots, and that they have the contest for the complete set, but it won't be til later that we start seeing the 1/1s released. I'd like to say, possibly not even until April 14th when they may be available for delivery.

Does anyone know if any embedded diamond cards were found before they were available for delivery?

Does anyone know of any harder to get players in this yet? I will probably end up trading the Lou but am afraid I will trade it and then find out I am a complete moron and traded something that was SPed.

I agree. Everyday there is at least 100 offers for Griffey,Jeter,Straus, and Ichiro.
Early on I traded my HOFers for dupes of Ichiro.

Just received an offer for 1 of my crads and it was 2 cards, so Topps must be tweaking the site?
Now can offer more than 1 card for a card..

EDIT: Just tried it and Topps even offers this warning "What you are offering is worth more than what you are requesting" :lol:
