I don't know what double pay is. One downside of my job and being salaried, no overtime pay or holiday pay.

two days pay for one day . served my time salaried only to see other $$%^^ there for maybe seven hours while I served 9 .

Right now I don't really mind it, but its the days during harvest where the company is getting their money's worth out of me. Working 10-13 hours a day, 7 days a week for 3 weeks straight is the tough time. But even then, I don't mind the days during harvest, mainly because I get to BS with all of the farmers and some of them are hilarious
