As a guy who HATES pitch counts, and thinks analysts overdo it too often, I fully agree with those ripping Cash.

Analytics alone does not win championships. Just watch last night's game and see why taking managerial instinct out of the equation is a really bad idea. Snell had 9 punch outs to that point and only surrendered two hits. No way in hell should he have been given the hook. Does anyone think Bob Gibson would've allowed to be lifted there? Hell no!
