Right there with you. My son insists on feeding himself now, which consists of him holding the spoon in one hand, and shoveling food in his mouth with his unspooned hand. On a positive note, it appears he is left handed. So not only is he half Dominican, he is left handed: sounds like a future All Star to me!

Art, she is a Chow/Flat Coat Retriever mix. We rescued her as a 8 week old pup 6 years ago. Sorry, not the best pic.

Nice looking pal you got there George. My Crystal needs to go to the groomer as well, badly. I do all the other dogs, but she's such a pain in my ass when it comes to that, I just let some one else do her. She'll hold still for them, but squirms like hell when I try and do it.

Rue is "water resistant", you can spray her with a shower head for 5 minutes and her undercoat will still be dry. She hates to go but 3 hours and she is good to go for a few months.

My Teasha is like that. Stands out in the rain for an hour and comes in still dry on the undercoat. She loves to do that too for some reason, as well as stay out in the middle of a snow storm. I hate having to go out and catch her to get her inside. I've got a bunch of pics of her just sitting out on a snowback covered with snow, in -15-20 degreee temps. ::facepalm::
