I went to my 2nd Mariano Rivera public signing in as many months. I hate the Yankees with a passion, but there is no need to explain why i like Mo as to the fact i like to add as many of his auto's as possible.

It was 200$ for all flats tonight which is a steal. Steiner signed 16x20's sell for over 500$

I already have my 16x20 out of the way. I came across this card on ebay, and i thought
that considering a former Yankee's 52 Topps Card is the symbol of the hobby, so i decided to try to put together
a set of 2 cards of Current Yankees. I got the first one done tonight. Next i'd like to get Jeter on his "52 Topps"

"1952 Topps" - better known as the iconic 2001 Topps Heritage Set
Mariano Rivera
Public Signing- Roosevelt Field Mall, Garden City, NY

Soon to be slabbed by JSA

Mo does sign through the mail, but he is as hit or miss as you can get. There is also the issue of the postal service. They can lose or damage the mail.

That is a poor argument TB as you can send 200 of them thru the mail for $176 postage and probably get quite a few of them back

Even if this were a plausible feat, not 1 would be signed in blue.

The price isn't the best, but the main thing here is that the OP is happy with his purchase.

So what I am hearing is blue ink is worth $200 to you?
OK
Ill take the black ink for $.88 any day of the week and twice on Sundays

To each their own, if youve got money to burn, I say go for it.

Nope. I am not saying that at all.

The OP wanted blue ink, he did what he had to do to get it.
