Graded Card Question

I bought a graded card recently, but when I got it there was some tape residue on the holder. Has anyone else had this problem, and what did you use to get it off? Thanks!

Warm water and soap. Don't use nail polish remover, it'll cloud the plastic

Wonder Cleaner cleans anything!
