Will BGS reslab it for free, considering it is their fault? I bought this on eBay (the seller did not disclose that the hair was in the slab and the scan was unclear) and now I am hoping that BGS will reslab it for me. The problem is that they are NOT replying to my emails (I sent 2 from 2 seperate email addresses to the [email protected] or whatever it is, and I used their "contact us" form twice). I can't find a phone number to call them with either, does anyone have any helpful information for me?

Thank you for all the help, the email Jaypers sent me got me in contact with Joe Clemons who helped me out. I sent the card Monday and it was waiting at my house for me today when I got back home from school.
