Could have been worse. Could have been a spider.

Some of you know what I am talking about...

Will BGS reslab it for free, considering it is their fault? I bought this on eBay (the seller did not disclose that the hair was in the slab and the scan was unclear) and now I am hoping that BGS will reslab it for me. The problem is that they are NOT replying to my emails (I sent 2 from 2 seperate email addresses to the [email protected] or whatever it is, and I used their "contact us" form twice). I can't find a phone number to call them with either, does anyone have any helpful information for me?

Yes, that hair is in the slab on the card lol.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Wow, that is awful.Couple years ago I got my order back from BGS and a horrible looking chunk of plastic was stuck inside the slab. After waiting probably 2-3 weeks they finally responded to me e-mail, and yes, they'll re-slab it for nothing. What sucks is you still have to cover the shipping/insurance/confirmation to get it to them.I also have 2 other slabs that they have the wrong parallel listed on the label.

Thank you for all the help, the email Jaypers sent me got me in contact with Joe Clemons who helped me out. I sent the card Monday and it was waiting at my house for me today when I got back home from school.

The fly card was Willie Wilson and the spider was a member who had a spider make a home in a toploader.
