Grading....doesn't the front centering look like a 10.0?

I saw this card and was wondering how on earth could this receive a 9.0 for centering.

You can't see the back of the card but a 70/30 at a 9.5......I would think it would have received a 9.5 or even a 10 if it wasn't for the back......can the back be THAT far off?

Looks a bit off L/R on the front. Back must suck because it looks like a 9.5 centering to me but centering is so varied its ridiculous.

If the naked eye can see it is OC, then no way it is a 10.

9.5 might be real, but I am also seeing some Top to bottom OC as well.
