Hey guys, pulled this yesterday and am thinking about getting it graded. It would be my first time getting anything graded and would like some opinions.

I could see it getting all 9.5s, only thing I see wrong with it is maybe T/B centering is a bit off, but it's great on the back.

All opinions are welcome!

It's a beautiful card. Corners look sharp, centering is solid, auto looks clean, nice color. Should do well!

Send it in with the FCB group sub - easy and cheap!

I'll have to consider it!

It's really the way to go - Phil does a fantastic job with the submissions every month, plus I've found that the grader's tend to be more lenient with the grades when a large package comes in as opposed to just a single card.

I have to agree, it's the best deal around and will save you a ton of money versus sending a single card in your own order.

As far as whether or not to send this particular card in- I think that with a card of that kind of value, if you think it has even a small chance to get a 9.5, then it's worth taking a shot. And from what it looks like, I think it definitely has a shot, granted it's hard to see surface/edges/corners in scans.

Sounds good. The edges will probably get a 9 since they're a little bit rough. Corners 9.5 it looks like, surface looks great with only 1 chrome line I see, centering could get a 9.5 I think, and auto 10.

Yeah I'd definitely send it. If you think all four categories look pretty good then go for it. I've been surprised both ways by BGS before...had a couple cards I thought would easily gem that came back as 9s (and one a 6.5....wtf?), and others that I thought were much more likely to get a 9 that ended up being 9.5s, and even one of those that ended up being a 10. It's all subjective and very dependent on the grader, so anything can happen.

Do you know when the next submission is?

Cards are due the 20th of every month, check the Group Submission forum for more info on pricing and where to send, but Phil does an awesome job with it and really makes it easy.
