Yeah it doesn't seem like everything said there is included.

To be fair though some people respond differently to being called out and what not. I know when i had coaches that would holler and yell it made me feel horrible....while others needed it for motivation....though not that you should ever be reduced to tears on the field.

If you want to spin it a positive way, i guess it may indicate that he cares ...so that may be a positive, crying doesn't exactly indicate primadonna or thug

Understood but chances are if you made it to the NFL...you can take some abuse or should be able to.I have had my boss cuss me out and call me every bad name I have ever heard and even some I hadn't ever heard of right in front of our entire crew and the rest of the job site's crews.There really is no need to cry.
