I always get that sinking feeling in my stomach when a no feedbacker wins one of my auctions. I guess you gotta start somewhere.

I just wish someone would hit my BIN for less than that.....or at least make me an offer. Guess I shoulda went the auction route, but I was late getting listed and figured BIN/BO would be better the night before his first start. ::facepalm::

Congrats on getting paid! I have had numerous 0 feedbackers win my auctions and not pay even though I haven't sold too much on ebay compared to others. Yesterday, I had one submit a qualifying best offer and then pm asking to cancel their bid. I have had to file 2 claims on boxes and cases I didn't receive which I've never had to do before. Ebay is crazy right now.

I came to the conclusion that in order to cash in properly with Strasburg that you have to dumb down your auctions. I've been running a 2 ct lot BIN with BO with 10 lots available...that's way too complicated for a newbie to understand.

I would definitely agree with BowmanChromeAddict, dumbing down with BIN/BO has worked for me having sold multiple 2 count lots, 4 count lots and 10 count lots of Strasburgs......clicking the box that requires immediate payment if its a BIN/BO is a necessity as well during a hype filled run up like this.

I sold a bunch auction style at 35 or more. A lot of newbies. I also had a new person buy one of mine. They paid right away so no worries yet. Also one woman bought one for her sons birthday. I agree Buy it now might not be the best route for these.

I had/have a lot of 6 base and 1 Topps 100 listed at $149 free shipping. Had some offers (The $125 I should have just taken but figured someone would hit it at full pop) oh well

Also had a 0 feedback bidder bid $1.00

and a 46 feedback bidder bid $10 and left me a nice little message:

"Buyer message: $10.00 is all the cards are worth, your another person trying to jump on the band wagon and make a quick buck. Let some other sucker spend $150.00....."

since then I've set auto decline up so no more like that will get through
