GREG MADDUX 1987 DONRUSS BGS 9 or 9.5?

Am I seeing thing. The picture show BGS 9 and on close up it show 9.5.
Seller doing a good cause with this card. But he had other card in his auctions that do this with different percentage of charity. Seller error or just scam to sell his card higher?

My guess would be that he took the BGS 9 picture from a different auction. He clearly lists the grades in the auction, so he wouldn't have much to fall back on if the card ended up being BGS 9.
