This one for sure was never made, unfortunately. Even though there are Plates for it! All we have is the Box Cut from the side of the Retail Blaster Box.

That recalls 2007 Fleer Autographics; the checklist features both Griffey and Gomes, but neither card has been seen. See this thread about the set, as well as posts in this Griffey thread starting with #578. Probably both cases of Upper Deck issuing a checklist, then changing it prior to release.
