378 wasn't put into my account because my account "couldn't be verified". Makes no sense another grand has made it but this doesn't? Another 7 days, oh boy. Should all be in before the first of the year.

Have you changed any info anytime between the purchase and now? If you changed a CC/BA or email address then I guess that might make sense, otherwise I have no idea. I have gotten around $1000 back with more pending and have never had any problems...
Their live chat support line that is on during the day tends to be pretty helpful if you wanted to figure out exactly what happened.
