1. Buy card.
2. Remove fugly sticker from card.
3. Clean card's surface of all sticky residue.
4. Get player to sign card.
5. Add to collection.

Repeat with any other sticker autographed superfractors of living ballplayers.

I don't even believe that auto would get a 10, as it appears Hanley went off the sicker on the very bottom.

Hmmm... hopefully nobody makes an offer and he decides to list it regular auction style.

But it seems that fewer people are doing that these days in order to try to increase profits.

I agree $600-$750 at most.

Nice card. I'd love to complete this set:

1. Price tag is horrible. Even at the $600ish range some people are saying there are much better cards for equal or similar prices. It's still a 2006 rookie card with a sticker auto.

2. That auto is bad even for a 2006. Hanley has had his signature get sloppier and sloppier each year and especially on stickers. It sucks that they picked such a bad signature to put on that card.

3. I hate BIN/BO. If anyone takes this I'm sure they will overpay for it.

When is Topps going to stop with the FUGLY silver stickers?

Even a well placed clear sticker wouldn't be that bad,
but I'd still rather have a card like that either on-card or no auto.

I really liked the clear stickers they used in Murad T-51.

I hope that's the direction they are taking for future baseball releases.

I was curious and spoke with the seller. He doesn't agree with our assessment, he's apparently looking for 1x to 2x Pujols BC RC prices for it. But it seems possible he might come down eventually...

He'll either come down or he'll hold it. Those are his two options.

Just for reference, a PSA 10 2005 Bowman Draft Hanley Super sold for $200ish as a BIN. Does a year later and a sticker autograph (and a bad sticker autograph at that) really add that much value? For $600-$1000 you can get so many nicer low numbered on card autographed Hanley rookies. Topps Tribute Gold /25, Bowmans Best Red/Blue, or even Bowman Chrome Gold. I've been wrong before, but coming from someone who has watched almost every Hanley sale in the last 3 years I'd say this seller is insane if he expects anything close to his BIN.
