Has Anybody had any problems with Global Sportscards?

I made my first order with Global over the weekend for a case of 2011 Chrome, but have not received any emails from them about shipping or order status and Wednesday is winding down. I just want to make sure it ships this week so I can get it next week before Christmas. Does anybody know their normal shipping times? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've used them a few times and everything came through ok. You will have to bug them for tracking info though. Not very customer service oriented.

I bought a case of 2011 Bowman Draft on 12/7 and got it 12/12. They never gave me tracking info, but it got here fine.

Why do people always assume tracking?

I thought that was only something to be used if things went wrong.

Tracking helps ease the buyer making a big purchase. Not many people can afford to lose $600-800. And until the case arrives the buyer feels a tad uneasy not knowing if the case has even been shipped.

Same goes with eBay.... a $10-30 purchase... I dont worry until its a week past auction end and it still hasnt arrived. $200 purchase.... I tend to worry unless the buyer send tracking info or I atleast get the eBay shipping email letting me know they shipped it.

Yeah, if i send something UPS at work, unless the customer is anal and asks for it up front, I don't give tracking info until something goes awry.

Tracking is very useful if you want to be home to accept a large package since in my case the alternative can be that the box is left outside for anyone to take.

+1, if I am getting a case delivered, if at all possible, I will be working from home that day.

I ordered a case of Bowman Draft last week and got it on Tuesday. I got tracking information from their site. No problems.

Just wanted to say the case arrived and Global was nice about it. Their distributor sent the case to them instead of me, so that was the delay in shipping. They gave me extra supplies for free including team bags, 3 bags of sleeves, 2 180 pt one touches, and one 360 pt one touch. My case is serial numbering ending in CM3 which I have heard is sometimes better than ending in CM2, so I am hoping for something interesting this Christmas. Thanks and sorry to FCB sponsor Global for any doubt I had.
