Yes I have but usually only if the seller has perfect feedback or is a well known seller will I do it. Now that does not mean I am safe but has worked out for me so far. It's risky but more time than not it works out.

I am assuming you mean has anyone actually gone to ebay and bid on a card, rather than going through a sniping program or another site that uses ebay links? If thats what you mean, and I must say it was a little hard to keep up with, then my answer still would be NO.
