If they are paying $.03 per auction in listing fees (not including final vale fees) they are spending $35,000 a month in fees. How can this passably be profitable????

It is my understanding that they've worked a deal, along with organizations like buy.com, to have completely free listings. They're dealing in so much volume, that eBay makes plenty on the final value fees.

They absolutely will not send scans if you ask, no matter the cost of the card. I will say Eddie is a decent dealer though and he'll stand by his product without question.

When they first started listing their "30+ million" inventory, I snagged several harder to find Thomas cards at absolutely AWESOME prices. They've relisted some of those same cards now for 4 and 5 times what I paid originally from them. I really need the Stadium Club FAN 1st Day Issues...but not for $110+...I'm considering dropping some decent coin on one card they have, but I'm afraid I'll kick myself later.

If you're talking about the '93 SC Team 1st Day Issue, LMK as I snagged an extra awhile back.

I agree, Eddie is a decent guy. However, he told me that eBay gave them zero price breaks. Who knows w/ them (only they do)?

1.1 million cards listed......................... 1 point 1 million

how is this even possible? i am pretty good with turbo lister, can do 60 an hour,
so if they were turbo masters and could do 100 an hour, 24 hrs a day, thats 2400 a day for a year and a half.
100 every hour of every day 24 hrs a day for almost 19 months.
did they have 100 people at 100 computers doing this??

this would certainly explain the scan dilemma, as that would add some serious time to that year and a half

they probably have multiple people listing for them. ebay also probably helps them. they bring them 35 k a month in listing fees, let alone final value fees, so they want to keep them happy
