Is it just me or have there been more prospect/rookies call up's so far this year than years past ?

Prospects are the future of baseball and young cheap talent is the way to go. People in baseball are finally realizing it.

I agree.........alot more callups this year than compared to previous years.

Maybe more veterans are getting hurt because they aren't using HGH or other banned drugs to recover quickly.

I think more well-known prospects are getting called up, so it seems like more in general are.

I think more callups due to all teams going younger
putting folks like Frank Thomas,Edmonds and other vets out of a job

I don't have stats in front of me but I would guess about same/normal

It's just that more pay attention and post about it thanks to prospecting and such

Hopefully not until June 18th. I'm going to the Gwinnett game @ Indy on the 17th to try and get an auto or two.
