Have you called an Ebay member over a transaction?

I have two jumbo cases incoming. One was supposedly sent Tuesday, one Yesterday. Both bought on ebay.

I asked each of these guys twice before release to please send me the tracking information when sent. I am in sales and am NOT home all day, but can arrange to be here when the shipment comes in.

Well, of course I am expecting a case today and have no tracking. I asked again last night, no response.

Is it out of line to call them directly to request tracking? I have never called someone from ebay previously, or had the need to.

Anyone have an opinion? Or experience with this?

Call them. Check your spam box first, though. Sometimes I get ebay messages there.

Just yesterday I did. People are usually pretty friendly.

If it's a business then call them. If it's an individual, then only if you are going to be professional in your interaction. Don;t start the conversation in a confrontational tone.
