started collecting a guy and wondered why? For some strange reason I have started collecting Jose Duran. I dont think he has a shot at making the Majors and I think the only reason Im doing it is because he plays for the local team here in Appleton. Has anyone else ever done this?

Just because he played for my Alma Mater (University of Illinois, not a baseball school), and I thought it would be fun to try to complete a BCDP rainbow. But not really attached to him.

Very true but I did the same with Cole Gillespie. I think its just a Brewers thing.

I was a huge collector of juan gone back in the day. Back then there was a reason. Today I am not sure why I ever bothered.
